the hotel ensured everything was perfectly planned. the staff were consistently kind and helpful. the honeymoon setup in our room was really cool. watching the sunset from the beach during a swim was great the leisure pool was refreshingly cool all day. breakfast offered diverse options to satisfy everyone.
it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful experience.

spacious roomsweet treats
the ocean club room was very spacious and had plenty of storage. it included a comfortable double bed and two single beds, so my family had lots of space to relax, i really enjoyed the turn-down service each evening. they also had sweet treats for the kids

I loved the daily refreshment of water in sustainable glass bottles. The spacious bathroom and selection of toiletries were well received TOO. Complimentary access to the wild wadi water park is essential for families. Within a very short walk you have direct access to enjoy water slides!
Selected members of staff WERE very rude and unpleasant. There were too many rules around the resort and pool for the kids. This was a MAJOR issue.

the staff were kind. they cared about every detail. the access to the water park was great. the pools were very clean. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff (especially mr jojje).
the minibar check at checkout caused an issue, as i was charged for items i did not use. it took a while to resolve.
