Really good Stay
polite staff attentive staff free ticket great transport
The staff was polite and helpful. Door staff were attentive. Moses was always on top of things managing the pool food and drink. I especially liked the free theme park ticket we got with our stay, it was for Legoland and included transport.
The hotel was busy , so there were queues for everything.

fantastic stay and service
helpful staff honeymoon concept refreshing pool diverse breakfast
the hotel ensured everything was perfectly planned. the staff were consistently kind and helpful. the honeymoon setup in our room was really cool. watching the sunset from the beach during a swim was great the leisure pool was refreshingly cool all day. breakfast offered diverse options to satisfy everyone.
i noticed the elevators were quite slow at peak times it added a bit of waiting to get around the hotel. it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful experience.

spacious room sweet treats
the ocean club room was very spacious and had plenty of storage. it included a comfortable double bed and two single beds, so my family had lots of space to relax, i really enjoyed the turn-down service each evening. they also had sweet treats for the kids

glass bottles spacious bathroom rude staff many rules
I loved the daily refreshment of water in sustainable glass bottles. The spacious bathroom and selection of toiletries were well received TOO. Complimentary access to the wild wadi water park is essential for families. Within a very short walk you have direct access to enjoy water slides!
Selected members of staff WERE very rude and unpleasant. There were too many rules around the resort and pool for the kids. This was a MAJOR issue.

amazing stay with great service
seamless transport helpful concierge excellent food friendly valet
i was greeted warmly and felt at home. it felt spacious with great storage. amenities included a coffee machine.
waiting times on the phone were quite long when calling reception i sometimes waited for 15 minutes.

half-board dining offered many options for dining including sister hotels the concierge booked all our evening reservations in advance children had many friendly options this made for a stress-free holiday. the food was really tasty too.

kind staff clean pools water park
the staff were kind. they cared about every detail. the access to the water park was great. the pools were very clean. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff (especially mr jojje).
the minibar check at checkout caused an issue, as i was charged for items i did not use. it took a while to resolve.
